The Fleet

Celebrity's fleet includes ten glamorous ships, boasting the youngest and most innovative fleet among the major cruise lines. From the contemporary style of the Horizon and the Zenith and the high-tech comfort of the Century, Galaxy and Mercury to the latest generation ships - Millennium, Infinity, Summit and Constellation - each vessel features all the amenities you could imagine, comfortable accommodations, and integral service.

 

Cuisine

Celebrity Cruises has always been known for its award-winning cuisine. Enjoy "made from scratch" delicacies seasoned with fresh herbs and prepared with only the finest ingredients. Dedicated to meeting the highest standards and utilizing distinctive methods of culinary preparation, Master Chef Michel Roux has worked with Celebrity to create a unique onboard dining experience and to help design its entire food service program. The menu is specially paired to the wine list to create a myriad of flavor with every meal. Guests can sample Roux's exquisite cuisine in the dramatic two-story main dining room.
 
In addition to the traditional main dining room, Celebrity offers guests a selection of casual and poolside venues, including the poolside grill, sushi bar, pizza and pasta bar, and the soup, salad, and sandwich bar. Guests can also enjoy a themed lunch buffet featuring Italian and Asian cuisine and BBQ. Celebrity's Gourmet Bites, delightful hors d'oeuvres including savory mini-beef Wellingtons and crisp tempura, are offered by servers throughout the ship every afternoon. Come aboard and experience a heavenly delight in all the cuisine offered aboard this rich fleet.

Celebrity Xpedition

Celebrity's newest addition is the Xpedition, which debuts in June 2007. The Celebrity Xpedition is the smallest member of the fleet, with a maximum capacity of 100 passengers, allowing it to sail into smaller, less-traveled destinations. Itineraries will include cruises to the Galapagos Islands, the High Arctic of Canada and Greenland, and Antarctica.
